Environmentally Responsible Tree and Brush Recycling

Geosource operates the only privately owned TCEQ approved commercial brush recycling facility locally serving large parts Bexar, Kendall, Comal, Kerr and Blanco counties.

We are committed to environmentally responsible recycling of organic green waste; trees, brush, and leaves. These carbon based materials are processed to be returned to the soil. Keeping carbon in the soil helps combat climate change and completes the life-death-life cycle.

  • Absolutely No Trash, Rocks, Dirt, Metals, or Plastic. Material must be 100% clean.

  • Customers are required to unload their own materials; as a matter of policy Operators may not help unload.

  • Pull-Off blocks are available to help pull off loads. Advance planning when unloading can save a lot of time and effort.

  • Customers must bring their own ropes and/or chains to pull-off loads.

  • Heavy equipment has the Right-Of-Way.

  • NOTE: WE ARE CLOSED DUE TO RAIN OR MUDDY CONDITIONS.

Tipping (Dump)Fees are $35.00 per ton.

BRUSH DUMPING PROCEDURES

  • 1) ALL INCOMING TRUCKS WEIGH IN AT THE SCALE:

    ~ Pull completely on to scale to Stop light. Scale House operator will weigh the load and give you the Green light to proceed to dump area.

  • 2) FOLLOW SIGNS TO DUMP AREA.

  • 3) UNLOAD IN THE AREA DESIGNATED BY THE LOADER OPERATOR.

    ~ A pull-off block is available to help unload trailers. Equipment operators may not help to unload brush and trees.

  • 4) EXIT TO SCALE HOUSE AND PULL BACK ON TO SCALE TO GET EMPTY WEIGHT.

  • 5) PULL COMPLETELY ONTO SCALE FOR EMPTY WEIGHT.

    ~ Wait for Scale House operator to give you the green light to proceed.

  • 6) EXIT SCALE AND RETURN TO SCALE HOUSE FOR LOAD WEIGHT AND TIPPING FEE INVOICE FOR PAYMENT:

    Loaded Weight - Empty Weight * $35.00 per ton.
